Investment start ups face a difficult challenge.  They are normally investment professionals that passionately believe in their investment strategy yet they don't have the operational, product and technology knowledge to round out their license application or present a convincing operational picture to high net worth and institutional investors.  Furthermore, start ups don't have the revenue stream to afford full time senior operations and technology expertise.  This is where we can help.  We have the flexibility to be your part time COO or CTO working on an hourly basis or 1 or 2 days per week to fill out the operational and technology picture and manage your operational platform.

If you are a small boutique who cannot afford a full time senior business or technology manager then we have the flexibility to be your part time COO or CTO. This means small investment managers can take on those larger operational and technology challenges with senior resources they couldn't afford on a permanent full time basis.
